Our 4 way stretch carpet lining has been developed from the high quality and durability of Veltrim by the same manufacturers; ensuring maximum stretch and flexibility. Due to its extra stretchiness, the 4 way stretch carpet is ideal for covering tricky areas such as window curves and wheel arches without compromising on it’s plush 3-4mm pile thickness. No wrinkles, no darting and no overlapping. It will also sit under rubber seals but is not too thin like some others on the market. It’s exceptional durability withstands everyday wear and tear; the blend of materials provides stain and spill resistance.

Yes, create an interior that’s distinctly yours. We offer a range of colours for our carpet lining, allowing you to customise the interior of your van according to your preferences. Swatches are available in our workshop.
Insulating your van will help maintain a comfortable temperature, regardless of the external weather conditions; it’ll keep the heat out during hot summers and trap warmth in during the colder months. Additionally, it will also reduce condensation in your van. The van insulation we use will not only create a sound deadening barrier to lower road, exhaust, engine and transmission noise, it also has the added bonus of improving your van’s audio quality too.
We use high-quality insulation materials such as Dodo Hex, Dodo Fleece, and Dodo Thermo Liner to provide thermal and sound insulation. These materials help regulate temperature, reduce condensation, and block external noise, creating a more comfortable environment inside the van. Read below for further information.
Used in all three of our carpet lining and insulation packages, Dodo Hex is the perfect sound deadening solution for all van panels.
Providing the very best insulation, the Dodo Thermo Fleece is an excellent insulation option if you’ll be sleeping in your van overnight. This thermal insulation fleece is manufactured almost entirely from recycled plastic bottles; providing a sustainable way to insulate your van. It will not absorb moisture in high humidity conditions and does not support mould growth. Flammability tested for vehicle interiors and made in the UK. We use Dodo fleect insulation in all three of our carpet lining and insulation packages.
Dodo Thermo Liner is a 6mm sound and heat insulation material with thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/mK. This insulation aids with temperature control ensuring that your van is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Less noise makes for a less tiring drive and your radio will sound clearer with less distortion.

With soundproofing and insulation combined, this unique 7mm thick product will kill vibrations, block noise and insulate. The 2mm butyl rubber sound deadening layer means better vibration damping and noise reduction. Additionally, the 5mm closed cell foam has excellent thermal and acoustic properties to reduce the chances of condensation forming and stabilise vehicle cabin temperatures.
