Dodo Mat Thermo Fleece
Dodo Thermo Fleece EVO 50mm is an excellent insulation option if you’ll be sleeping in your van overnight. Made almost entirely from recycled plastic bottles, it’s a sustainable way to keep your camper warm and quiet all year round.
Manufactured in the UK from recycled plastic, this insulation is warm, breathable, and will not absorb moisture or support mould growth. It’s flammability tested for vehicle interiors and provides an eco-friendly choice with high recycled content, making it safe, long-lasting, and designed for vanlife.
We use Dodo Thermo Fleece in all of our carpet lining and insulation packages for a safe, sustainable and effective insulation layer.

Dodo Mat Thermo Liner
Dodo Thermo Liner v3 is perfect if you want to cut down road noise and condensation while balancing cabin temperature.
This 6mm foil-lined, closed-cell foam keeps your van warmer in winter and cooler in summer, while also deadening noise for a calmer drive. The latest version has improved thermal performance, stronger adhesive, and easier installation. Durable and moisture resistant, it’s crush resistant, finished with reinforced foil, and fully flammability tested for vehicle interiors.

Dodo Mat Deadn Duo Pro
Dodo Mat DEADN DUO Pro is best suited for van floors and boot areas where both insulation and soundproofing are essential. With two layers in one - a 2mm butyl rubber deadening base and a 5mm foam insulation top - it blocks road noise, reduces vibrations, and stabilises cabin temperature.
At 7mm thick, it transforms your floor into a quieter, warmer base. Flexible, moisture resistant, and easy to apply with peel-and-stick installation, it’s heat resistant from -50°C to +150°C and flammability tested for vehicle interiors, making it both safe and durable.
We fit Dodo Mat DEADN DUO Pro in our Platinum Package. Under flooring it will give you a warmer, quieter base that transforms the way your van feels on long journeys.

Dodo Mat DEADN Hex
Dodo Mat DEADN Hex is ideal if you want a smoother, quieter drive without adding unnecessary bulk. This self-adhesive vibration damper eliminates rattles and structural noise, giving your van a solid, refined feel. It uses a high-grade butyl compound for vibration control and lightweight yet effective noise reduction. Perfect for anyone upgrading their van sound deadening.
At just 1.8mm thick with a strong adhesive backing, the unique hex embossing helps it mould neatly to curves and contours. Heat resistant, water resistant, and oil resistant, it’s a durable solution for quieter interiors.

Our 4-way stretch carpet for vans has been developed from the high quality and durability of Veltrim by the same manufacturers; ensuring maximum stretch and flexibility. Due to its extra stretchiness, the 4 way stretch carpet is ideal for covering tricky areas such as window curves and wheel arches without compromising on its plush 3-4mm pile thickness.
No darting and no overlapping. It will also sit under rubber seals but is not too thin like some others on the market.
